Sherry Zhang
Experience
Sherry have worked for Benchmark Securties LLC, an American Investment
Banking Firm based in Beijing and Oklahoma, U.S; and is experienced
in business development works for foreign financial institutions
in China. Ms. Zhang had also worked for the Beijing Empire Group,
as Vice President in charge of the Business Development Division;
whereby under her management, the Empire Group has became the
biggest Paper Manufacturing Enterprise in Northern China.
As Managing Partner, Sherry have very good relationship with China's
commercial banks, securities firms, institutional investors and
Chinese conglomerates; her business development experience are
both in the finance/insurance, retail/wholesale, travel/hospitality,
manufacturing and Hitech sectors.

Ulrich Wahli
As General Partner, Ulrich has been an IBM Consulting Systems
Engineer - the highest technical role that IBM has in the field.
He has work for IBM in both Zurich, Switzerland and the IBM International
Technical Support Centre, San Jose, California.
Ulrich has traveled the world extensively, introducing the latest
IBM IT technology, such as Java, as well as, consulting to IBM
divisions and IBM corporate clients in the Telecommunications,
Wireless & Finance Sector.
Ulrich has the best Cactus Garden in Silicon Valley in California,
with over 30 species from around the world.

Partner, Richard brings 35 years of experiences in Geophysical
and Wireline Services management, with emphasis on marketing and
business development, as well as
2+ years in managing oil company operations, across the Asia Pacific,
Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and Canada.
Previously,
Richard was EVP, Paradigm Geophysical, Beijing China; VP, US and
Eastern Canada, Norex Exploration, Colorado; VP Business Development,
CNPC BGP International, Zhuozhou, China; VP, Latin America, Landmark
Graphics, Buenos Aires; VP/Operations Manager, Canada, Western
Geophysical, Houston; General Manager, Latin America Operations,
Veritas Geophysical, Bedford, TX; VP, Far Eastern Operations,
GeoSource, Houston.
Mr. Ward has
completed many Oil.Gas Industry Investment Projects and has a
Proven history of negotiating, then executing, multi-million dollar
deals and selling to top decision makers.
Being an American,
Richard came to China in the late 70s to work on Oilfield Projects.
Mr. Ward is a good friend to many Decision Makers in China Oil
& Gas business.
