VCNOffice has provided ''Advisory Services'' to a Key
Oil/Gas Telecommunication Services Provider, Houston, leading
to a Win of a Multi-Year Multi-Million Service Agreement, against
a Strong Local 'Network-Connected' Operator, in a South East Asian
Country.
This has involved activities both in the SE Asian Country and
in Beijing with CNOOC Headquarter. Other Oil.Gas Clients have
included Upstream Exploration Hardwares, Oil Pipeline Construction
& Maintenance and Global Oil Production Forecasting Firms,
in Houston and Los Altos, CA.

VCNOffice Chairman, George Cheung,
met with Virginian Governor, Mark Warner, during the Virginian
Trade Mission's visit to Beijing. George have further met with
Virginian State Department Officials to explore ways of bringing
Virginian Business and Technology to the China Market. Although
Virginia has major telecommunications, infrastructure, industrial
and foodstuffs products, there has been comparatively small success
in China, comparing to West Coast States.
Governor Warner is interested in exploring innovative ways to
bring more Virginian business to China and to encourage 2 way
Virginian/China trade.

The Houston firm has been getting
major revenue flow from China, but have came under competitive
pressure from a European firm, via the formation of Local JVs
and with Local manufacturing.
VCNOffice had developed a comprehensive Fact-Finding Visit for
the Senior Executive Team(COO, 2 SVPs and 3 VPs) to meet with
Customers/Prospects (Board Level, both State Firms and Multinationals),
Influencers (Trade Associations-Universities-Seismic Bureau-Geological/Petroleum
Institutes), Key Government Regulators-Policy Maker s(Local and
Federal), Key Industrial Parks and Oil Fields Operators.
VCNOffice further presented a 'China 101 Business Environment
Seminar' to the Executive Team and then developed an Operational
Plan to revamp the firm's presence in China, which included the
expansion/restructuring of various business functions and 'Feet
on the Ground' market reach. This was adopted by the Senior Management
Team as part of their 2004/2005 China Operational Plan.

Dr. David Li, presented to the 'View
From The Top' Event in Beijing on 'Will Hong Kong Rise
Again ?' on March 17th, 2003. This event was organized
by George Cheung, VCNOffice's Chairman & CEO.
Dr. Li, who is a Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong, Chairman of the Chinese Banks' Association
and sits on the International Advisory Board of Federal Reserve
Bank of New York International Advisory Committee, gave an open,
direct and comprehensive presentation to the alumni, business
professionals, the investment community and representatives from
the diplomatic corps. As a Member of The Preparatory Committee
for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a Hong Kong Affairs
Adviser to The People's Republic of China, and Vice Chairman of
the Basic Law Drafting Committee, Dr. Li covered many aspects
of the topic and from various perspectives. It was one of the
